Shipping policy

Genie only delivers within Klang Valley and selected areas in Selangor at this moment.

Our deliveries are available from every Tuesday to Sunday. Customers are required to select their preferred time slot according to the selection available at the check out page.

Our items are usually delivered by appointed third party delivery partner, during the transition responsibility will be leave to between our delivery partner and the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is a receiver to receive the products between the chosen time slot for delivery, as our delivery partner’s waiting time upon arrival will only be 15 minutes.

Charges will apply for any re-delivery of order.

There is no guarantee on the delivery to be on time due to adverse weather condition (heavy rain or flood). Therefore, there will be no refund policies or re-delivery offer if such an event occurred.

** Additional note for delivery during MCO/CMCO/RMCO period:

Door-to-door service may not be available due to strict regulations of guarded residential areas.

Hence, our rider will usually inform the receiver and place the product at the safest place as possible for receiver to retrieve it. We will not hold any responsibility of any missing/damaged item after the delivery is completed.
